TC Monday Rant: Under 21 drivers: El Paso to Houston? OK. El Paso to Las Cruces? No way! We create a chasm between high school graduation and career entry. Wanted: Sanity. Thoughts:

-Limit per miles not arbitrary lines (150 air mile? Less?);

-Permit moving interstate freight within state/mile range;

-Meet insurance concerns--in-cab cameras, ride alongs,...

I'm sure others have better ideas, but we need to do something. NOW!
